Personalisation of the paintings includes the baby’s first name (or first names) and date of birth, both in English (or another language) and in Hebrew. Surrounding the circle with these details is the blessing for girls or boys that parents recite for their children on Friday nights. The text for a girl is as follows: ישימך אלוקים כשרה, רבקה, רחל ולאה. יְבָרֶכְךָ ה' וְיִשְׁמְרֶךָ, יָאֵר ה' פָּנָיו אֵלֶיךָ וִיחֻנֶּךָּ, יִשָּׂא ה' פָּנָיו אֵלֶיךָ וְיָשֵׂם לְךָ שָׁלוֹם Which means: May God make you like Sarah, Rebecca, Rachel, and Leah. I offer prints of designs that I originally completed in watercolour, before having them photographed and printed in high quality by art professionals. In fact, the process is the same for that of the prints that you may have already read about in the “Judaica- Fine Art” section. For these particular designs, I take my inspiration from the world of children. In the paintings for boys, you will find the theme of underwater life in the painting entitled “Under the Sea” and the theme of forest animals in the painting “Forest”. For girls, there are three options of paintings: two with flowers that are entitled “Flowers” and “Pink Flowers” respectively (I love painting flowers, which are a recurring motif in my work), as well as a design that revolves around music and which is called “Music”. I also offer a unisex painting named “Hot Air Balloons”, which incorporates differently pattered multi-coloured hot air balloons that give off a gentle atmosphere. You may also contact me privately for a personalised design with the pattern and theme of your choice. I offer these paintings in two different sizes: either A4 or 34x49cm, with or without the option of a frame. Delivery within Israel is express, so you will receive your order directly to your door.
