Jerusalem by Night – Shabbat Candle Lighting Prayer Art Print
Jerusalem by Night is a dreamlike Shabbat candle lighting prayer print inspired by the city after dark. The watercolor scene creates a calm, atmospheric setting for the Hebrew text and brings an artistic reminder of Jerusalem into your home.
Art Inspired by the Shabbat Candle Lighting Tradition
This artwork is designed to be placed near the Shabbat candles and features the Yehi Ratzon prayer often recited after candle lighting. Its Jerusalem-inspired imagery makes a personal gift for a wedding, new home or a family celebrating Shabbat.
From Original Watercolor to Fine Art Print
I paint the original artwork in watercolor and have it professionally reproduced on fine art paper. Selected gold-leaf details are added by hand to complete the print.
